Behavioral study of up-/reskilling for women
ASEAN

Commissioned by GIZ, this study seeks to inform future up-/reskilling initiatives in ASEAN countries, with a specific focus on making skills development policies and interventions more gender-sensitive. To this end, the study sheds light on the decision-making process of different stakeholders related to up-/reskilling. Specifically, the study seeks to:
1) Identify potential behavioural barriers that affect the decision making of relevant stakeholders (firms, female trainees/workers/jobseekers, training centers, policymakers)
2) Highlight behaviourally informed approaches to address these behavioural bottlenecks
